My husband was grabbing a few things for our daughter's 5th birthday. He told me that he stopped at a hair store to get her a new hair cover to wear overnight. He didn't find what he wanted so he didn't end up getting anything from the store.
I was so filled with awe when he shared that story! I absolutely love that he is so in touch with his daughter and her needs that he would go into a hair store, ask for help and attempt to buy a new "'do-rag" all on his own. It doesn't matter that he walked out with nothing, because his action said everything. That was so thoughtful, sweet and cute that I had to share.
